Pacific Coast Credit's focus of effort is the continual pursuit of achieving the highest level of recovery performance for our clients. Established in 1968, we have a centralized call center and three regional branch offices. We have relationships with agencies throughout the world with ACA International. 

All prospective employees are background checked. New employees are also required to sign a 
confidentiality agreement.
To comply with HIPAA, FDCPA, FCRA, HITECH Act, or individual state law we have a training and education program to first certify that a new employee knows the law. Every new employee has to pass the ACA’s FDCPA test. We have also created or own more difficult test that new employees much pass before being allowed to work an account. We also have ongoing classes for sustainment training. Beyond training we place supervisors so that they can make on the spot corrections or transfer a call that is headed in the wrong direction. We strive to foster an environment where collectors feel free to get help or turn calls over when in need of help. Any violations are reported to our client.
